Mary,

So you heard and do not care. I think you have ears but do not

hear eyes but do not see. Typical, steal land, resources,

plagiarize the work and art of native people and desecrate all

that native people hold sacred in the name of your god cash

money. These are the facts Mary, you admit using artists work

without their permission and clearly removed their copyright

information As a artist designer and web master of original work

I am well versed in copyright law. Current copyright law is very

clear. Use of anyone's copyrighted work requires permission of

the creator. It is on whoever uses the work to obtain

permission. It is fairly simple, claiming to not know who the

creator is, does not constitute an excuse for theft. If you do

not have permission do not use it. As I showed you in the

previous E-mail the below links contain art work where the

copyright notices have been deliberately removed. this is a

clear violation of Title 17 the act of removing the copyright

notice is in itself a criminal offense. Additionally at their

website <http://www.loc.gov/copyright/> the copyright office is

very clear. In cases of willful infringement for profit, the U.S.

Attorney may initiate a criminal investigation. I provided you

with notice that you are using artwork in violation of title 17,

so we have established willful infringement. This website and to

below links showing willful infringement (which you

correspondence clearly confirms this is) are being refereed to

the attorney general.

I have already sent the URL complete HTML and all the graphics to

my attorney. Try to hide your tracks I already have the

evidence, in addition to E-mail from several artists that they

did not give you permission to use their art on the shameful

website. So please Mary huff puff and sue away. I look forward

to seeing a Federal Judge sympathize with poor Mary because she

had to redo a website because poor Mary stole copyrighted work

and used artists work under false pretenses. Please do whine to

the authorities that you feel harassed because you got caught STEALING!

Next time try creating something original instead of cutting and

pasting the work of others to manufacture web sites. BTW check

out

at the bottom note that you are being credited for your work on

this Shame men site along with copies of your hate mail and

disregard for Native People
