Typical, steal land, resources, plagiarize the work and art of native people and desecrate all that native people hold sacred in the name of your god cash money. These are the facts Mary, you admit using artists work without their permission and clearly removed their copyright information As a artist designer and web master of original work I am well versed in copyright law. Current copyright law is very clear. Use of anyone's copyrighted work requires permission of the creator. It is on whoever uses the work to obtain permission. It is fairly simple, claiming to not know who the creator is, does not constitute an excuse for theft. If you do not have permission do not use it. As I showed you in the previous E-mail the below links contain art work where the copyright notices have been deliberately removed. this is a clear violation of Title 17 the act of removing the copyright notice is in itself a criminal offense. Additionally at their website <http://www.loc.gov/copyright/> the copyright office is very clear. In cases of willful infringement for profit, the U.S. Attorney may initiate a criminal investigation. I provided you with notice that you are using artwork in violation of title 17, so we have established willful infringement.
